Ordering
All ordering is done via dialogue over email. It would be easy for us to set up shopping carts so that hobbyists could click and make purchases, but we want to make sure that we get you a rig that you will be happy with. Once we've spoken and nailed down your order, we'll provide all of the necessary info to finalize your purchase.
Shipping
Packages are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. All packages are shipped insured for the retail value of the contents. Please note that athough we do not require signature confirmation for the packages, the USPS may require a signature due to the insurance!
We are always willing to make all of our SuMo regulator packages available for pick-up instead of shipping. Please feel free to contact us for pick-up pricing and details.
We can likely ship to you even if you live outside the US. If you do, and are interested in our rigs, please contact us for a shipping quote.
.Canada:
All of our shipping is done using USPS Priority Service, all of our packages sent to Canada are marked "Made in USA." We understand that this does save our fellow hobbyists from having to pay a “brokerage fee,” and may save them “duties.” We do however complete all customs forms accurately and truthfully. Shipping itself is generally around the $32 USD range ($18 USD more than the shipped prices quoted on our website), but can vary based on the order because of differences in final weight and insurance costs. You may find the following info useful to help calculate the tax you’ll pay on your order:
These are the normal taxation rates for the different provinces. The 5% is the federal GST goods and service tax.
• Alberta:...................................0 + 5% = 5%
• British Columbia:……..........7% + 5% = 12%
• Manitoba:................................7% + 5% = 12%
• Ontario:....................................8% + 5% = 13%
• New Brunswick.......................13%
• Newfoundland & Labrador..13%
• Nova Scotia...........................13%
• Prince Edward Island:…….10% + 5% = 15.5% (PST applied to price + GST)
• Quebec:................................ 7.5% + 5% = 12.875% (PST applied to price + GST)
• Saskatchewan:....................5% + 5% = 10%
